  • Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor
  • Slowly, bring your knees towards chest. Bringing your legs up one at a time makes it easier
  • Wrap your arms behind your knees and pull your knees towards your chest
  • Relax your muscles and hold the position
